Condolences to the Sanchez family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your whole family. Psalms 147:3 says God, "heals the broken hearted, and binds up their wounds." May God bring you comfort and peace.

I am so deeply saddened to hear of the passing of my cousin Scott. I only met with him twice and the last time was in the early 80's (i think). He was serving in the military and rode out to our house (Phoenix) from Luke AFB to visit. I thought he was just "the COOLEST' guy on a motorcycle. I am truly sorry that I couldn't have had known him better but he is still 'THE COOLEST' guy on a motorcycle in my heart and you will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with you uncle Maury, Monique, Marcie, and Zach. Rest in peace, Scott....you are forever truly loved! Your cousin, Julie

To Scott and his family & friends, I was so shocked and heartbroken when my parents told me the news of his passing. Immediately, my memory took me back to the last time I saw him at Grandmas house, standing in her living room smiling, happy and hugging his sisters. What a truly nice human being! I will forever hold that special memory in my heart! Prayers for healing hearts to those who were closest to him and will be missing him every day. We love you Scott! Ang & family

Dear Sanchez family- it was an honor and a pleasure knowing your father. I looked forward to the daily song, and have to admit that there were times Scott stumped me with his lyrics. I always admired the way he spoke of his children and grandchildren. God bless.

Dearest Papa Scott, You brought so much joy over the years to myself, Brian and our kids. I was lucky to know you as my Step Dad, but you were always so much more. You helped to coach & encourage me during all of my runs, rides and Triathlon races. You drove with me to Oregon for my first Iron Man Race and cheered me on every step of the way. I was so blessed to have gotten the opportunity to ride together with you on many Century Rides. Those memories are truly special to me. But, nothing has been more special to me then your Roll as "Papa Scott" to Carter & Lexi. You loved us all unconditionally, and were such a special part of their childhood. Your "Papa Scott Magic" will never be forgotten. We Love you & miss you dearly.

I had the pleasure of sitting next to Scott at work for a couple years. One of the kindest most gentle people I've ever known. I will miss your songs, your sayings, your hugs , your jokes but mostly just your presence. May you rest in peace. Love you Scott!

The last couple of years we worked in different departments so we wouldn't see each other every day, but when we did see each other the greeting was always the same, "Story, my sister" is how Scott would greet me every time I saw him and I of course would reply with, "Scotty, my brother" followed with a hug. Scott was one of those people that could brighten your day with his smile and positive attitude. He never had a bad word to say about anyone and the glass was always half full. "Sellin and gellin" was his motto! We will all miss ya Brother Scott! Heaven is a lil brighter with him there now :) As I type this through my tears I remind myself to try and always be the kind person that Scott Sanchez was and have a good attitude no matter what

Dear Family: I don't think that any of you know that I was Scott's Godmother. He was baptized in 1958 or 59 and I was barely 19 yrs old. I lived in Arizona and his parents were in service, don't remember where. But they set up the baptism by proxy, and I did not have to be present. I'm sorry that I did not keep in touch with him and his family. Let this be a lesson to each of you to keep in touch with each other. My Remembrance and prayer for Scott: "The Promise - In Christ, Who rose from the dead, our hope of Resurrection dawned. The sadness of death gives way to the bright promise of immortality" May he rest in peace With Love Your Aunt (Tita)
