My wife Sandy and I were very fond of Steve. He was like a son to us. Steve being married to our daughter Michelle for 30 years made him very much a part of our family. He was always available to help us out whenever we needed help with any projects or repairs. We went on several vacations together—Spain, Mexico, and most recently Alaska. We are going to miss Steve very much.

My early memories of Steven is him & Kristy, his cousin, ring bearer & flower girl. Steven took Kristy’s hand & proceeded to lay down on the alter while the wedding went on. We would take him to Fairytale Town with the kids & watch them run the crooked mile. Growing up, marrying Shelly, life hitting. We will always keep you kids close to our hearts. Condolences is a very rough word right now. Love to all, Chester & Barbara

Steve, was a great friend and mentor. Working in the shop with him was always a fun time. He taught me how to work with sheet metal from 6 years old all the way up to when I turned out as a journeyman. I miss him in the shop. His jokes and antics will be carried on through us. Thanks for everything kid!

Steve (aka “‘The Kid”) was a great man and had a big influence on me as a person. As a child I knew him as a family friend, but it wasn’t until I worked under him for many years in the shop that he became one of my biggest role models. He was a dedicated, hard working guy who knew our trade well. He was always positive, always cracking jokes, and I have never met anyone so upbeat ALL of he time. I considered Steve family will never forget the impact he had on my life.

Steve has been a part of our family business for nearly 28 years. I have had the privilege and joy of employing him, working with him, participating in various social activities with he and his family. Steve had an extremely positive attitude and infectious smile every time he showed up. He was loyal, dedicated, committed to family, and overall a wonderful individual to know and be associated with. He is and will be sorely missed. May God continue to be with him.
