I just found out about Katherine’s passing. I met Katherine about 6 1/2 years ago when I started working in customer service. It wasn’t hard to like Katherine. She was always so pleasant and so nice under any circumstances. The last time I saw her was last year when my supervisor and I visited her in the hospital. I was so sorry to hear of her passing away.
