Obituary of John Michael Ille

John Michael Ille, Sr. (78) passed away in Roseville, CA on January 6, 2020. John was born in Grandfield, OK to Vincent John Ille and Bernice Maurene (Meaders) Ille. He graduated college at St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas and completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. He practiced law in Texas for several years before moving to California where he opened several hearing aid centers. Not only did he love helping people improve their quality of life through better hearing, but he treasured the connections he made with his patients and the opportunity to learn about their life stories from times past. John was a kind man who cherished his family. He was an enthusiastic conversationalist who delighted in striking up discussions with anyone and everyone about politics, current events, sports, the Bible, and history. He also loved to participate in tennis, bowling, and bingo. His cheerful nature and indomitable spirit made him beloved by all who met him. John was preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Bernice, sisters Janiece, Marilyn, Marie and brother Ronald James. He is survived by daughter Amy, sons Kenneth, Gregory, John Michael Jr., and 9 grandchildren.
