Obituary of Tina Marie Carter

Tina Marie Carter was born August 17, 1968 and passed peacefully but unexpectedly on September 12, 2021. Tina was born in Michigan to Joann Pickett and Fred Carter whom both precede her in death; she is also preceded in death by her brother Keith Carter. Left to cherish her memory is her sister Sirita (Eugene) Irvin, brother Fredie (Geovona) Carter, children Larry Watson, Shernita Watson, Malcolm Young, Lavonda Carter, Renondo Rodrigues, and Sydiria Hudson, several grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Tina had a faithful heart and believed in God. She attended elementary, middle and high school in the Richmond Unified School District. Anyone who knew Tina knew she was a music lover, on any given day you could find her listening to Al Green and/or Bobby Womack. She loved wearing her caps, taking walks and hanging out with her friends. To know Tina was to love Tina, her great heart and free spirit will truly be missed!
