Obituary of Micah Dale Nero

On Sunday, November 1, 2020, Micah Dale Nero, beloved son, grandson, brother and friend, passed away at the age of 18. Micah was born in Redding, California. He spent his childhood residing in Sacramento, California. Micah was a loving and lively child. He was full of energy and always had a smile on his face. Throughout school, Micah took part in numerous sports and activities showcasing his charisma and athleticism. Micah had a gift of nurturing and kindness. Even through the hurdles in his life, Micah’s loving spirit never wavered. Micah had a huge heart and was a loyal friend and a proud and protective brother to all of his siblings. Micah’s kind heart and giving soul will live on in his friends and family. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. “We will keep Micah in our hearts and memories, his smile and his laughter will stay with everyone who knew him.” “Micah will be missed he was always kind and respectful.” “I always enjoyed Micah’s smile and generous nature; he will be dearly missed.” “Micah was loved by many his charismatic personality brought smiles to all, even when he was not following the rules at school.” Micah is preceded in death by his Papa Bud, Great Grandma Rose, Great Grandma Joyce and Great Grandma Cotilde Nero. He is survived by his parents, Ashton Blake Nero, Lindsay Kay Galang, grandparents, Glenn Dale and Rose Ann Roussell, Apollo Ocera Galang and Jean Leigh Phillips, brother Noah Blake Nero, sisters Alana Rose Nero, Mekela Sherlene Sykes, Patience Christine Sykes, and his loving girlfriend Daahje Antonay Hightower, and his daughter Olivia Nero, due December 24, 2020. A private memorial service will be held on November 27, 2020.
