Walt graduated from San Jose State University in 1951, and later worked for IBM as a Senior Marketing Representative until his retirement in 1987. His drive for excellence and love for serving his customers was evident in everything he did. He was an avid photographer, auto enthusiast and skilled model builder. He loved drawing silly caricatures and had a sense of humor that could bring a room full of people to tears of laughter in just minutes.
He believed in and loved the Lord Jesus, leading his family to do the same. He found peace in knowing that his true home was with the Lord. His innumerable acts of selfless sacrifice to family, friends, and all those he encountered are a testimony to that love.
His family wishes to thank the staff at Brookdale Citrus Heights for their compassionate care and dedication.
