Obituary of Lisa Marie Ahrens

May 27, 2023, we lost Lisa Marie Ahrens, at age 43, along with her dog Chewy in a tragic car accident.  Lisa was known for her goofy sense of humor and being a jokester, her contagious smile, and was always the life of the party.  She had a big heart and cared deeply for those who surrounded her.  Anyone that knew Lisa would say she was giving and generous, always willing to help anyone at anytime if she was able to, and she was the biggest dog lover so much so that she dreamed of having her own dog rescue farm.  We all can agree that her life was cut short, but in that little time she made many friends and touched many hearts. 

 

So, it seems

No matter what I do,

Lisa is survived by: her mother, Karen L. Ahrens, her father, Wesley N. Ahrens, her other two triplet sisters, Sara J. Mosack and Jamie L. Turovitz, and sister Denise Caster.   In addition the following extended family: assorted aunts and uncles, many nieces and nephews, and several cousins.  Lisa was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Stanley and Louise Facha and paternal grandparents, John and Doris Ahrens.
