Obituary of Frank L. Richards

Frank L Richards, age 88 of Roseville, California passed away at his home on July 30,2023 in Roseville, California. He worked as an Auto Parts Service Manager in the Sacramento area. He was a member of the West Captial Racing Assocation. 

Frank is preceded in death by his parents Eva and Louis Richards and infant son Frank Richards. He is survived by his daughters Clarice Bray of Benton, Arkansas, Annette Wright (Tommy) of Bryant, Arkansas and Cathy Powell (Lee) of Grantsdale, Montana; sister Denise Peterich (Rich) of Sonoma, California; cousin Arlene Dowski of California; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; caregiver Larry Way of Roseville, California; along with many racing friends through his years of racing.
